D - Carne Asada Molcajate

Grill chicken, inside skirt (arrachera), beef ribs, and Mexican sausage, all served in a volcanic rock pot (molcajete), garnished with grilled onions and peppers, queso fresco, rice, beans and a salad. Choice of flour or corn tortillas.
